"gulp servir" es volver workbench.html que no puedo agregar el elemento web

He desarrollado una SPFx web parte con estos detalles:-

yo-rc.json para el proyecto, es:-

ahora que he instalado nvm para ser capaz de ejecutar varias nodo versiones, aquí lo que hice hasta ahora:-

1 - instalo la versión de nodo 10.24.1 , entonces yo uso es como sigue :-

nvm use 10.24.1

2 - ejecutar :-

gulp serve

El https://localhost:4321/temp/workbench.html abre pero cuando traté de agregar el elemento web haciendo clic en el icono + que voy a tener este error dentro de la F12 desarrollador de la herramienta:-

versión de nodo es C:\f>node -v v12.22.7.. y SPFx versión es 1.13.0 por lo tanto debe trabajar bien juntos
