El código que ha estado trabajando durante meses es de repente no funciona. Me lo han reducido a la PHP file_get_contents parte. Aquí está un recorte de el código:

No importa si uso $input 1 o $input2, ambos vuelven bool(false) en el var_dump de salida. Pero si pones la cadena directamente en un navegador, devuelve una matriz de datos.
Este código está trabajando en agosto/septiembre, pero ahora no.
